It is in the middle of the holiday season, everyone is meeting up with friends, being merry and enjoy delightful drinks and food (including me)! I have come to the conclusion that I will be enjoying this time enjoy friends and family and most likely indulge in some decadent treats. Having said that I will not be hard on myself because I will enjoy it in moderation, and I will be starting the new year on the Advocare 24 day challenge!!! I am hoping some of you reading this will commit and do this with me! This will be an amazing way to start 2015 with a bang and feeling great! I am excited! If you have any questions what so ever please contact me. I look forward doing the challenge with you!

Bad.Ass.

Time to get my butt in gear!! I have been slacking off all week, giving me self meaningless excuses(which at the time seem legit) to not workout... ex: I have to do dishes, work was too stressful, I just want to relax. It all comes down to when I take 10-15 min and workout, I feel great! What do you guys do to keep motivated? I would love to know, maybe this will help all of us out to get motivated and become more active. Becoming more active and working out doesn't always mean that you are losing weight, we are becoming badasses.

My first post... WHAT!!

Hello world!!!!

I joined the blog bandwagon and created a blog. I wanted to create an area were I can talk about fitness and health. I am a hardworking women, with a full time job, who is married has to big four-legged kids, who struggle with a work out schedule. I love to work out. It is a great stress reliever, and I feel wonderful afterwards. I am here talking about Advocare and whatever helps me with my fitness and well being. If anyone has any question, please feel free and message me!!!
