Bad.Ass.
Time to get my butt in gear!! I have been slacking off all week, giving me self meaningless excuses(which at the time seem legit) to not workout... ex: I have to do dishes, work was too stressful, I just want to relax. It all comes down to when I take 10-15 min and workout, I feel great! What do you guys do to keep motivated? I would love to know, maybe this will help all of us out to get motivated and become more active. Becoming more active and working out doesn't always mean that you are losing weight, we are becoming badasses.
